1979 - 1980 Worked for Rackley Rating part-time after school, reading aloud rates for Joe Rackley to enter.
1981 - 1986 Part-time and Summers (while in College) Worked in all aspects of Rackley Rating & Rackley Systems, Distribution, Sales, and Programming, Maintenance.
July 1986 - Dec 1988 - Manager of Personal Auto Programming
Established Computer Network Consulting in Pulaski in 1989. Computer Network Consulting was a business that was formed to sell computer, software and training in the Pulaski area. Served as a Technical Installation Specialist for the One-Write Plus Accounting Software for Tennessee and North Alabama from 1989 to 1993. After operation for 4 and one-half years the business was sold to Thomas Rains of Pulaski.
March 1992 - Contracted by Rackley Systems to develop an Agency Management System.
January 1993 - 2004 - Became full time employee again as Programming Department Manager. System Administrator, Vice President, Chief Information Officer.
2004 - Present - Owner of Rackley Technologies, LLC
