Current or Potential Lawsuits Against the City of Pulaski

How many lawsuits are there pending against the City of Pulaski?

From what I'm being told there are at least three (3)

1) Tennessee RiverKeeper sues "Small Middle Tennessee Town for 30 million gallons of river pollution

2) Napa/Church's Auto Supply
Apparently the City was working on the sewer lines above the Napa/Church's building earlier this year and caused the building to be flooded with sewage.
The building had to be evacuated and all inventory removed to repair the floors. The cost exceeded $100,000.
Mayor Ford initially told the owner the city would fix his building. After speaking with City Administrator , it then became an "I guess you will have to sue us" issue.
The issue is still pending according to the building owner.

3) Clifford Zimmerlee
Clifford Zimmerlee is a new resident of Pulaski. He and his wife are retired military and lived in the Nashville area. In 2016, they found a house on the Internet they wanted to retire to and it happened to be in Pulaski, Tennessee. Mr. Zimmerlee's hobby is building small experimental aircraft. They loved the house but it needed a larger garage. He called City Hall and was told it would have to go before the Historical Zoning Commission for the area the house was located for approval. Mr. Harrison arranged a meeting and actually conducted the meeting. He faxed his plans to Mr. Harrison. Keep in mind, Mr. Harrison is also the Building Inspector for the City of Pulaski. At this meeting Mr. Zimmerlee's plans for his garage were approved. AGAIN, Mr. Harrison was in charge of this meeting. The purchase of this home by the Zimmerlee's was contingent upon him being able to build his garage. He was given the green light and they purchased the home and moved to Pualski. Shortly thereafter, his wife has a stroke and he is delayed in building his garage. Around June or July of this year, Mr. Zimmerlee proceeded to City Hall to get his building permit to build his garage. Mr. Harrison tells him he cannot build it because it is "too big". Now this is the part I'm not going to try and detail here because I wasn't there. But the police are called and Mr. Zimmerlee is arrested and taken to jail, booked on charges of "Criminal Trespassing and Resisting Arrest". He is currently fighting these charges so I will not comment on details. I will say I think this is one hell of a way to welcome someone to "friendly little Pulaski". But the ironic part of this and the "cover my ass" so frequently used by Mr. Ford and Mr. Harrison is the fact that since then they quickly passed an ordinance allowing garages to be 1/2 the size of the house. HMMM! What a foul odor that has! So now Mr. Zimmerlee is banned from City Hall FOREVER... So how is he to obtain his Building Permit? And by the way, this has never been shared with the Pulaski City Council. Open, Honest Government at its finest!
