Keep in mind as you listen to this that Alderman Pat Miles serves on the Economic Development Commission but does NOT serve on the Board Operations nor the Personnel Committees. At the beginning of this meeting she stated she only heard about this meeting an hour earlier at a Workforce Development Committee Meeting. Ironically she seems to know every intricate detail of what has been discussed. Interestingly, Mayor Pat Ford is in attendance at this meeting and never says one single word and he was very vocal in the 8/3/18 meeting.
