TN Dept of Enviroment and Conservation Response to Pulaski's Illegal dumping
Please see the attached letter from TDEC to Mayor Ford and Terry Harrison that I received a copy of this week. In an open City Council Meeting Terry Harrison stated
they had "verbal permission" to dump garbage on the ground at the Street Department Garage.

#1) That was a total LIE! Verbal permission is never given "quote by TDEC official"
Many years ago, they were told they could transfer from the Bucket Truck to Roll Off Dumpsters ONLY one time and only because they were backed up. Anything else would require a permit.
#2) the were NEVER told they could dump the garbage on the ground then transfer it to a dumpster. Another LIE!
#3) They knew this was one time thing, yet they continued this process for several years
#4) Not only dumping garbage on the ground but ILLEGALLY storing old tires, scrap metal and some UNKNOWN liquid (See photos taken by TDEC)
#5) AND THE MOST IMPORTANT... This letter was sent out on October 18, 2018. Several meetings of the Pulaski City Council have occurred and NOT ONE SINGLE mention of this from Mayor Ford or Terry Harrison to other members of City Council or media

ELECTION or NO ELECTION... THIS IS CITY BUSINESS! and should be reported ASAP! THIS IS JUST ANOTHER FORD/HARRISON COVER UP!
